Kayak Support Harness
The Kayak harness is a simple, purpose-built system designed specifically for kayaking. Unlike the Universal harness, it attaches to the user rather than the kayak and is worn under the PFD and spray skirt.
Used in conjunction with a spray skirt, it provides added stability while still allowing full separation from the kayak. In the event of a capsize, the harness stays with the paddler, enabling a clean and safe exit. This is a critical safety feature and makes it a far more straightforward and appropriate system for sea kayaking.
