Taupo Sailing Adventures
We are a small family owned and operated sailing business on Lake Taupo, offering daily scheduled sailing tours to the Maori Rock Carvings and the Western Bays as well as tailor-made private charters.
Inclusive Information:
Taupo Sailing Adventures is a family operation. This is the true form of inclusion as it isn't the most accessible experience. If it's possible the small team will work with you to provide you with an amazing adventure. The most challenging part will be getting on and off the vessel from the wharf. Once aboard there are many ways to feel comfortable, from padded mats to beanbags. The crew will work with your mobility requirements to the best of there ability. As photos show below; there is a public toilet, this is directly opposite the road from the wharf and has one accessible parking space. There is a toilet on board but very difficult to access if you are unable to access below deck. There is plenty of room aboard and if you require privacy at any point, bring this to the attention of the very understanding team at Taupo Sailing on your booking inquiry. Transport Details:
Kindred Spirit is located at Berth #14 and Sail Fearless is located at Berth 25 of the Taupo Marina, Redoubt Street.

If you weigh >80kg and can self transfer contact Lake Taupo Sailing Adv. directly. Rather than direct booking send and email stating your weight, ability to transfer and if your travel companions can assist transferring you onto the vessel.
