Jezza Williams — Inclusive Tourism Consultant

Jezza Williams is a recognised leader in inclusive tourism best practice, bringing more than 30 years of experience across the adventure, cultural, and tourism sectors, including over 15 years working at the forefront of accessibility and inclusion. His expertise is not limited to access requirements — it sits across strategy, operations, experience delivery, and market readiness.

What defines Jezza’s work is his ability to translate complex accessibility challenges into practical, high-performing solutions that work in real tourism environments. Accessibility is treated as a quality benchmark, not a compliance exercise. Every piece of advice is grounded in operational reality, visitor behaviour, and long-term business value.

Jezza has worked extensively with destination management organisations, adventure tourism operators, hospitality providers, educational institutions, and government agencies. His role is to help organisations identify where barriers exist, understand why they matter, and implement best-practice solutions that improve flow, safety, staff confidence, and visitor satisfaction — while opening access to growing and often overlooked markets.

Makingtrax is the original adaptive consultancy service in this field. Our insight comes from the rare combination of lived experience, deep industry knowledge, and research-supported practice. This allows us to see what others miss and to design solutions that are both aspirational and achievable. We understand how accessibility decisions affect risk, operations, reputation, and revenue — and we advise accordingly.

We take a whole-of-experience approach. Rather than focusing narrowly on physical features, we assess the entire visitor journey, from pre-arrival information and booking through to on-site delivery and departure. The outcome is not “more accessible” spaces, but better experiences for everyone.
