Here’s how the process works

Apply to Join

Sign up on our Inclusive Movement page. Add your details and pay your yearly subscription fee. We will then contact you and arrange a meeting to discuss your operation. The initial meeting will be to understand the exact details of your operation, understand requirements and what abilities would be able to participate. Head to 'Join the Movement' page to sign up.

Add to the Inclusive Directory

Once we understand your operation our Inclusive advisor will assist you to provide the appropriate information for your Inclusive Directory listing. This information gives your client total understanding of your operation giving them full confidence to understand if they can participate and book your experience directly with you the operator. This could include anything from ability required, weight limits, mobility requirements, adaptive equipment available, size and type of barriers.

Development

Once our inclusive advisor understands your operation and procedures we assist you to evolve as an Inclusive Movement operator. This could include simply education on client care and understanding, through to simple solutions or adaptations. We aim to provide your operation with a greater client experience whilst keeping it simple, safe and cost-effective.

Promotion

Once all appropriate information is on your inclusive directory listing and both you and your inclusive advisor are happy we then award your operation with the Inclusive Tourism Seal of Approval. The Seal is yours to proudly display on your website and marketing material. Linking the Seal back to the Inclusive directory then directs clients to the platform of all inclusive movement operators. This in turn promotes our inclusive movement, creating NZ as an inclusive destination.

Welcome

Congratulations you are now a part of the Inclusive NZ Movement. Put your inclusive advisors number in your phone or WhatsApp as we are a service. Providing you with ongoing support, your advisor will assist you answering questions, understanding your clients abilities and/or requirements, vetting your clients for safety purposes or contacting your clients and assisting with booking.
